Electric Car Donated; Watch for Chance to Drive it Home

Kevin and Josh Kalies donated an electric car to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Shawnee, Inc. The vehicle, valued at $10,000, will be awarded to one lucky winner following a raffle fundraiser in late spring. Look for the car around Shawnee in the near future, make your $5 contribution to Shawnee Habitat – and receive a raffle ticket in return.

Homes by Rick Austin LLC Commits Donations

Homes by Rick Austin LLC recently donated $500 to Shawnee Habitat with the commitment to donate $500 for every home the company closes. Austin said he believes it is the responsibility of all Shawnee residents and businesses to help others within the community.
